The tech told me thread it on with the proper ParkTool FR-5.2GT tool which I have and take your wrench to it. When it bottoms out, use your inch pound torque wrench and tighten to 40NM. Place the platter upside down on a flat surface. Stretch the belt over the center of the platter, making sure it fits properly. Stretch the belt over the small peg near the platter#x27;s edge. Turn the platter over and place it on the turntable. Turn the platter to expose the motor through access holes. I continued to spin my rear wheel and still it did not spin freely. I replaced with my old stock wheels for a comparison and they continued spinning for well over a minute before I stopped them. Check hub for cracks. It might have come apart. The lower part with the tyre spins faster then the hub itself the part that fits in the cassette reel. You usually can remove the whole cassette mechanism, by removing 4 corner screws. This might not always look easy, because of wires that have to be disconnected.
